Your Birth, Your Voice

Birth does not always go to plan. Labour slows, energy runs out, a placenta takes its time, and sometimes a home birth moves to hospital, usually for something quite ordinary. Birth Bridge is where you work out what you want long before anyone needs an answer from you, so your wishes can be heard even when you cannot say them yourself. You can use it whether you are planning a home, Birth Centre or hospital birth.

Answer at your own pace, in any order. It becomes three documents: For Care for the ward, For Us for the people beside you, and For Me, which is yours to keep.
